By purchasing a plan, creating an account, or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to use GrowWithFans.

• You must be legally allowed to manage and promote your own adult or non-adult content, depending on your jurisdiction.

• By using our Services, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and lawful.

2. Nature of Our Service

GrowWithFans is a promotion and visibility service for creators, including those on platforms such as OnlyFans, Fansly, or similar services.

• We do not manage your OnlyFans account.

• We do not publish your private content.

• We do not guarantee earnings, subscriber numbers, or results.

• We do not have any affiliation or partnership with OnlyFans or any third-party platform mentioned.

Our role is limited to:

1. Creating your promotional listing

2. Publishing and positioning your profile in our promotional network

3. Running visibility campaigns and optimizations

4. Providing optional performance statistics (depending on your plan)

3. Accounts & Onboarding

To activate your promotion, you must:

1. Complete your purchase

2. Fill out the onboarding form

3. Provide the necessary information to build your listing (OnlyFans URL, optional photos, tracking links, etc.)

If onboarding is not completed:

• Your promotion cannot begin

• We may contact you to request missing details

• We may place your subscription “on hold” until you complete the required steps

4. Subscriptions, Billing & Renewals

GrowWithFans uses WooCommerce Subscriptions and Stripe to process recurring payments.

4.1 Subscription Cycle

• Your subscription renews automatically according to the interval shown at checkout (e.g., monthly).

• Renewal payments are charged automatically using the payment method stored in Stripe.

4.2 Failed Payments

If a renewal payment fails:

• Stripe may retry the charge automatically

• Your subscription may enter “pending”, “on hold”, or “cancelled” status depending on the retry rules

• Promotion may pause until payment is resolved

4.3 No Long-Term Commitment

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting us.

Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not refund past payments unless otherwise stated in Section 7.

5. Use of Photos, Text, and Materials You Provide

By sending us photos, avatars, bios, CTAs, or links, you grant GrowWithFans the right to:

• Publish the material on your promotional listing

• Optimize or crop images

• Use the material within our promotional network

• Modify text for clarity, SEO, or formatting

• Display the listing publicly

• Remove content if it violates these Terms

We do not claim ownership over your content.
You retain full rights and may request modifications at any time.

You are responsible for ensuring that any materials you submit:

• Are lawful

• Belong to you

• Do not infringe copyrights or trademarks

• Respect the terms of the platforms you use (e.g., OnlyFans)

6. Creator Responsibilities

By using our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information

• Only submit content that you own or have rights to use

• Not impersonate other creators

• Not upload illegal, hateful, or harmful material

• Ensure your OnlyFans or similar platform account complies with its own terms

• Notify GrowWithFans if you want changes made to your listing

If you violate these rules, we may suspend or terminate your promotion.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

7.1 Refunds

Because we offer a digital promotional service that begins shortly after purchase, we generally do not offer refunds after the onboarding process is completed or after your listing becomes active.

Refunds may be considered at our sole discretion if:

• No onboarding was submitted

• The promotion never started

• There was a billing error

• Duplicate charges occurred

7.2 Canceling Subscriptions

You may cancel anytime.
Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund previous ones.

7.3 Service Pauses

If you temporarily want to stop the service, contact support and we may issue a temporary pause depending on your plan.

8. Service Delivery & Expectations

Promotion results vary depending on many factors:

• Content quality

• Profile appeal

• Market trends

• Platform restrictions

• External factors outside our control

We do not guarantee:

• Subscriber growth

• Conversions

• Earnings

• Specific visibility positions

• Any particular result or outcome

We provide a best-effort promotional service based on the plan purchased.

9. Statistics & Performance Data

Depending on your plan, you may receive:

• Traffic reports

• Click-through counts

• Listing views

• Performance summaries

Analytics are estimates and may not perfectly match data from third-party platforms like OnlyFans.

These metrics are provided for informational purposes only.

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use GrowWithFans to:

• Promote illegal content

• Promote minors

• Engage in fraud

• Market stolen content

• Spam or abuse our platform

• Harm the reputation of GrowWithFans or its network

• Circumvent payment systems

• Manipulate traffic artificially

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination without refund.

11. Intellectual Property

All materials created by GrowWithFans, including:

• Listing layouts

• Templates

• Promotional designs

• SEO content

• Banners and thumbnails

• Analytics reports

• Branding elements

are the intellectual property of GrowWithFans and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

You retain ownership of content you provide.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• GrowWithFans is not liable for lost profits, lost subscribers, lost earnings, or any indirect or consequential damages.

• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the last billing period.

• We are not responsible for decisions made by third-party platforms (e.g., OnlyFans banning accounts or changing algorithms).

• We do not guarantee that our website will be error-free or uninterrupted.

You use our Services at your own risk.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your subscription if:

• You violate these Terms

• You submit illegal or harmful content

• You engage in fraud or abuse

• You request termination

• We discontinue the service

Upon termination, promotional listings may be removed from our network.
